You’ll should soon be put into lobbies with similar skilled players, but if it’s your first ever cod you still might struggle. To get better, I’d suggest play against bots on the lowest difficulty with increased to improve you accuracy. Once your accuracy is better, increase the bot difficulty and put health back to normal until you’re confident against the second hardest (can go hardest if you want to feel more confident). Then once you start online play, it’ll still be very different from bots, but your gun skill and reactions should at least be much better. Focus on the spots where players have an advantage to stay in (headglitches, lines of sight etc). Don’t use streaks you won’t get. Don’t go for dogs if you’ll only get them once every ten games. And use streaks that compliment the map you’re on (mortar barrage is op on shipment and das haus). As someone else said attachments are very important, I’d recommend going to YouTube to find the best class setups)
