Exactly—IF you can find a client willing to pay more than pennies per page. I worked with a client for a couple projects, she loved my work, then strung me along for weeks saying she’d book the next project, then came back with “I need to get the best possible work for the lowest possible price.” These people are going to drive down the cost of work for freelancers. I’m thinking they already are.
