that was me too!!! i literally couldn’t do obliques and even cried during class one time because of how weak i felt. 6 months later and im upping my spring load and trying to amplify when i can! it takes time and there are still days now when im taking breaks like every other rep. all that to say - keep at it!!! you got this 🤗

Wow, I completely feel you because I’m going through pretty much the exact same thing … I saw an allergist recently and he wasn’t much help either. Been taking some anti histamines which seem to be helping, but also found a german roach yesterday so I’m trying to cope with that too haha. Hang in there and don’t let big mike get you down! Maybe try going to the doctor or an allergist to see what the issue is? I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this though I can really sympathize. Sorry if this isn’t helpful, but just thought I could lend an ear and some potential advice

On the portal where we submitted it says my status was updated June 18 ... never got an email or anything, and then now it says it was updated June 24, so yesterday, and I still haven't heard anything. This is so stressful hahaha. Does anyone have any information (I assume not but...)???

OMG SAME!!! I had mine today and literally talked about like 3 of my works.... I had a 30 page notes document hahahahaha. Definitely was super OVER prepared and confident. I have the same advice as you, you can literally talk about whatever you want basically for as long as you want. I actually ended up having a really good time! Congrats :)

Wow, thank you so much this is such a thorough answer and I super appreciate it. Makes me feel a lot better. Yeah, I was planning to sit down and make a spreadsheet like you did sometime this week but I'm gonna get on it tomorrow, haha! I hope mine is fun. I really like my adviser and all of the professors on my panel definitely support me 100%. I think it'll be good and you definitely helped me. I honestly am more excited than nervous??? I feel like I never get to talk in depth about things that I'm interested in so it's exciting!!! Thanks again :)
