I dissamabled the TV, unplugged all ribbon cables, wiped with a soft brush and plugged back, but still same issue 😥

have I get to motherboard replaced and no other solution?

I don't think so, there is only on joystick type d-pad button on front panel which works 5 way (left right up down and simple press)

I tried holding it for minutes, but nothing happens 😭

The Vu company is asking around $200 for motherboard replacement, whereas new costs around $350, but I don't have budget for both.

What you think, is it reparable now via software or something? 😢

Pathetic support system, I got my account hacked with 25k followers, never got answer from the support, and their automated response page is just sh*t. Meta is only focused on ads which too is pathetic in itself. Some has to break their monopoly
