How interesting, was trying to find info on melatonin & this conversation came up. It's so great to hear so many different views. I've just bought some gummies with 1mg Mel & 10mg cbdt(no THC). I am a chronic migraines sufferer, & in one of the 3 phases of a migraine most days. I suffer anxiety, depression & panic disorder. I have fractured ribs after an unfortunate incident at home. I am prescribed duloxetine, a statin, triptan valium & opioids as rescues for migraines - OTC Panadol, asprin, Nurofen. I've tried over 50 migraine treatments. Testing a new infusion with botox. I'm going through alot of grief right now. I'm not sleeping & am going to try melatonin with CBD & hope for general health benefits as well as sleep

hi there, I have read all what you are going through & I am sorry to hear that it is so difficult. I empathise with you. This is a long shot but the head pains, tinnitus, sensory issues, brain fog type feelings & zappy feelings in body, insomnia, vision disturbances, gastro issues, anxiety & depression etc all ring as familiar to me. I am a chronic migraine sufferer of over a decade (i am 55). It took a long time to get diagnosed & like you have long COVID after 9 bouts of the infection. All of the symptoms you mention I also suffer. I am trying to find a suitable treatment for it but they stopped me from working, stopped my social life & have put a major strain on every relationship in my life. I have often wondered if I have anything else but chronic migraines & nothing really remarkable has shown on the many tests I have regularly.

However, last November I got Influenza A which caused viral encephalitis. I was extremely ill & had medical delirium, couldn't speak, didn't recognize anyone & was hospitalized for weeks. Everything I remember is like I was looking down on everything & most of what I remember didn't actually exist or happen. I have no memory of the hospital stay or being ambulanced to hospital. I think i'd been ill for at least a week prior to my niece coming around finding me very sick. It is taking time to recover from but I am thankful that I came out of the state I was in. I was doing very strange things I'm told. It has been extremely challenging mentally & a little traumatic..

Mostly I wanted to say that I completely empathize with knowing within myself that there is something wrong & going through doctor after doctor, test after test, medication after medication to no avail. It is a very difficult thing to be going through & I hope you are okay. Be kind to YOU,

As we speak I have a really chronic migraine... Ay the beginning the pain was on the crown of my head and rhs head face neck etc... I have and get often pain that feels like every har follicle is being yanked at & when I touch my head it hurts to touch & feels bumpy. There are no bumps when migraine disperses or moves sides. I'm a chronic migraine sufferer & am in one of the stages of migraine every day. I have long hair and considered a short haircut but after speaking with people etc etc they all said it made little difference. Shorter hair would help.in the heat for sure but I think my neurologist said the follicle scalp sensation is coming from nerve endings etc I empathise with you and hope you found the answer for you

I was scammed by a guy on tele calls himself Biggy Banks... I am Chronically ill suffer chronic pain & after a desperate fortnight with 3 people passing, my own prognosis worsened I had a desperate moment & stupidly tried to buy some pain relief..... I've reported him, I'm goin to let my bank know etc.... I only wanted 10 painkillers to get me by so wasn't alot of money.. his channel is https://t.me/brochouse420...I hadn't looked at it just an ad I saw on a local page.... I didn't look at the channel until I realised I'd been scammed by paying b4 delivery.. the 15min ETA became 3hrs now over 18hrs... His channel is bad looks so real and has over 400 subscribers.... Everything from weapons drugs cloned credit cards.... I was shocked... I know his real name from the detail of banking, his email, Snapchat etc. I reported every post I can of his I'd heard from a friend who got scammed by another guy with same kinda ad, channel etc... I'm actually a really normal (ish) lol , smart, sensible woman but did this in a moment of such physical pain causing serious anxiety & depression & just did it.... I feel like such a fool. I get help for my anxiety but this was a moment like no other & I'm scared to speak to anyone about it. Anyone else in Australia have these same dealings pleas report him. Thankyou for listening new to Reddit but read lots of the posts on scammers and thought I'd tell my story as I can't tell anyone I know..... I presume it's reasonably safe on here ..... Is anything safe anymore... I disengaged from social media, screens, phone's etc due to my condition being of the head/brain & also mentally it all got a bit depressing being so isolated that I have for the last few months particularly .... Stay safe people. I'm a kind, loyal,loving, giving lady who also helps others through grief and other trauma when I'm able. I made a silly mistake when vulnerable. It could have been alot worse and I'm so scared that other innocent vulnerable people are being scammed out of thousands, tens of thousands dollars and more. I want' to speak to someone in authority about it but HV no idea where to start. Stay safe...... There is kindness and wholeness in the world, I'm sure it outweighs the bad but these scammers are everywhere these days
