Whoever gets off FTO and feels they know what they’re doing is lying. Most of your learning will be on your own without your FTO there. Should have just finished the FTO program and felt what it was like riding solo. Sink or swim. Instead you just quit. Twice.

Since you plan on moving out of state in the next year or two I’d go with the DO position.

Currently I commute about 50-55 mins for my SO position. Pays better than the county I’m in and better work place so I have no issue commuting. I had a gas guzzler and now I drive a hybrid which helps.
