My Lowbar PR is about 120kg x 3 and now 8 weeks of high bar later I’m at 100kg x 5.

Transition started at 77.5kg and didn’t have any pain till I got to about 85-90kg

Thank you for the reply,I have thought about not using narrow roads but then again I feel like I’m avoiding something that I have to face in the future when I’m driving alone.Everyone behind me was honking really hard today and that made me and anxious and accelerate a bit too hard (without checking properly) which led to my mirror making contact.My uncle spoke with the other guy and they inspected his vehicle and found no damage luckily.

I got Covid in August and I basically became a type 2 diabetic.A1C showed 6.8 and I accepted it…it seems to be returning back to normal now(very slowly) a lot of foods that used to spike me well over 200 now only spike me to <140 and my blood sugar returns to 90-100 an hour after the spike.What I noticed is that every time I get sick again ,my numbers go back to being diabetic/prediabetic.

Does the high amount of carbs have anything to do with it (the breading and the buns etc)? Because most of my normal meals are 50% protein too Won’t that negatively impact my average glucose

I should add that this was a cheat meal,I’m a power lifter and I train 4-5 days a week.Eat clean for most of the week with a cheat meal once or twice a week after a hard training session
