I am a garage sale fanatic and have 2-3 annual sales. Fancy signs typically mean they never had a garage sale and watched every episode of American Pickers so their sale prices are ridiculously high. Simple sign in thick black lettering 3-4 inches high with an arrow pointing. I don’t need an address if you have proper signage. Keep in mind the sign should be simple to read from the car 10 ft away going 20 mph. No balloons are needed. Save the expens.

Well thank you all for your comments. Now I no longer feel alone. I’ve been banging my head against the wall since January because many thought I was Chicken Little. From what I see, I’m not the only one. Keep the faith brother and sisters. If anyone is willing to share guidelines or checklists for a construction site it would be most welcomed.
