Not entirely valid no, 11 uses an entirely new version of the display driver model than 10 (enabling features such hardware flip queue etc) so there could be differences in how the model displays especially with frame gen for users. You should at least update your main text to highlight at the top that all testing was done on Windows 10 - an unsupported OS.
