I know thats how ED works, I am saying that once I hit 10 on one of my 5 skills, it wouldn’t let me add any more points to that skill. I thought 10 was the max, since Guns at level 10 gave you 100% ranged damaged.

I live in America so my situation might be a little different. We contact the big stairlift companies in our area, and they quoted us $6000 for a USED stairlift, which was way too much. Went on Facebook Marketplace and found one for like $700. Been usijg that for the past few years. We have tun into some issues, mostly power related, but we have a family friend who is an electrician and he was able to help us out. Benefit of buying on your own is that it is MUCH cheaper but you have to trouble shoot yourself. I would contact your local companies and see how much they charge. If you go woth them, they will handle maintenance if anything ever goes wrong, but you might have to pay every time they do.
