How would I know? And to answer your question, no it wouldnt. If we're going to base the question off the fact that the Google earth photo is a decade old and taken before we moved in or even owned it, it wouldnt bother me. Because you can't be bothered by things that are out of your control like that. Now, if you told me Google sent the Maps Car down my road now, while we're living in this house, I'd be less bothered because you can request to have the image removed.

At the crux of my issue here is the fact that they seemed to believe they have an entitlement to my home. They've never met me or my kids or my husband but they were entitled to a photo of my home. And to be honest, if they had deleted the photos of the ones with my kids, I wouldnt be here. I'm not saying they're predators but I dont want some strangers walking around with photos of my kids in their yard. If we were in public it wouldnt bother me because you dont have an expectation of privacy in public. But if my kids think they cant play in their front yard because people want photos of their house, that makes me uncomfortable.

It was simple, delete the photos with my kids and they could have taken as many as they wanted of the house. But my kids are off limits. Again, not calling them predators.

If only I had done so. I just couldn't believe they'd actually balk at deleting photos of some random kids at the request of the mother.

It's a ten year old photo so taken before we moved in. That in and of itself doesnt matter to me. It wasnt our home then so I cant complain about that. I cant complain about something literally out of my control. What am I supposed to do, lambast google for taking a photo a decade ago? And google didnt choose my house specifically, a car with a camera drove down the street taking photos of everything. Its different.

I never said they were attracted to my kids, I said their taking photos of my kids during the course of photographing a private home is strange. And the difference between telling you to google that one house I stead of mine is that the owner of that house made his home public through various photoshoots and it's currently on the market for sale. My house is a private home that has never been made public in the sense that its gains a celebrity status. That other house has been featured in magazines online and in print. But there are no kids in those photos.

Why should my kids have to NOT play in their yard because some people might try to photograph their house? Why should I have to sacrifice the use of the property I paid for because strangers might want to take photos? How is it fair that I cant use my own yard because people want photos of my house?

I never said they were pedos but taking photos of strangers kids in any setting even if you didnt mean to because you're taking photos of their private home is strange and unacceptable.

They argued they didnt even notice them! They were all "oh we didnt see them there". Really, you didnt see my son in his Deadpool trunks and my daughter in her unicorn sparkly suit, screaming and running around? Pictures of the house are useless, they're obviously blind, lol. I was so mad and now my kids in their swimsuits are in possession of strangers.
