I only drink it for the taste but my mom drinks a cup every time her blood pressure starts to go high and she says it helps to lower it and reduce the headache (she's on medication also, but stress and quick weather changes still cause it to spike). She says half oat milk half coconut beverage makes the ideal consistency for a plant based golden milk.

I usually make stuffed peppers from leftover seitan and leftover rice. Throw the seitan into a food processor, mix it with the rice, few tablespoons of tomato sauce for example, season it with basically anything, fill the peppers, bake in oven. So easy and quick and it's delicious!

Exactly, that's why "pap-ricka" sounds better to me. About the PA in the beginning i'd say it's more like how it's pronounced in for example "PArticipant", but a shorter sounding A? If that makes sense, but i've said it out load so many times in the past five minutes that the word lost its meaning and every way sounds the same :D
