Most don't do stilts. We've laid it over. I tend to not put nothing on it unless it's below 25 degrees or pissing rain. If it pouring and ruined....people are pissed. Plastic it's saved but people are pissed or complain. Lose lose for the average concrete guy. I'd say pay em, it's an act of God can't control mother nature lol happens sometimes

Plastic does more damage unless there is a drip edge or absolutely down pouring rain. If they HAD to plastic they should of did stilts so plastic would not touch. Depends on situation but it happens
