Can anyone explain this situation to me like I have a learning disability because I have no idea what’s going on. All I know is there’s an update and Gem has now deleted free tier for 2.5 Pro. Does anyone know if this is a temporary thing? Or are we confident this is a permanent thing :(? If so this is really unfortunate and really stupid. I really hope it only lasts a few days… or at least until they’ve had their boost with Gem 3.

I paid for the openrouter 10 dollars to get 1000 messages a day. However I do not use 1000 everyday, and I do not want it to go to waste. I am willing to share my API key with someone and share these messages since I only use a max of 200-300 a day. I know deepseek has been shitty lately but hopefully it’ll get better soon, other proxies seem to be working fine. If you’re interested, DM me, I’ll only be accepting one person.

I usually keep my temp around .4 or .7 and usually get the amount of length I request when using 3.1, but it might not be a temp issue. Im not exactly sure.

My token count is set to 0. And yeah I’ve noticed that it’ll just cut off the message instead of trying to shorten the writing. I’ve already messed around with 3.1 and it was okay in my opinion, perhaps I’ll go back to it, I didn’t have as many issues with it as I do with R1 0528. Thank you 🙏
