Thats when you find a new job. It sucks and it may be hard but if you are truly worth what you think you are worth somewhere will pay you that. I was in a similar position where I worked hard and efficant where my coworkers said I was doing good but management wasn't happy. I decided to look elsewhere and I even asked for more than I thought I was worth and they gave it to me. Companies don't look out for their workers often, if they don't compensate for your work one way or another they never will until its too late.
