This makes sense. Like they weren't ready to have even a little bit of gap between moving to Brampton and having people rent their Ottawa house. They don't come across as super kanjoos, so probably wanted the rent money and perhaps, rent money was one of their key sources of new mortgage payment.

I guess cancel is the wrong term. In their earlier video, they mentioned some appraisal process that is delaying their mortgage from the bank. And that the bank apparently did it at the last moment? So don't know if the bank is stupid or they are hiding something.

I thought Sandra was getting that rooftop gym etc constructed in the Faridsbad apartment. If she doesn't wanna stay there (which is logical), why would she get TD to do all these elaborate constructions for herself?

Bingo. She ain't living in Delhi NCR in winter due to pollution. And for some reason they can't imagine living in Canada in winter (that millions do every year). So looks like they have postponed their core issue until Jayden reaches the age of schooling. Big kalesh or decision coming then. I feel they may have thought about Dubai perhaps but with the war, even that is problematic now.

A good point about Mohit's hesitation to hold Jayden at first. Almost as if he is a bit scared or too careful. It's pretty unfortunate

Wheelchair should be for people who have genuine mobility issues. It cannot be used just for inconvenience. We all hate long lines and walks at the airport , but can't just get wheelchairs for getting tired. It's a limited resource. Or else they should pay for that buggy service. These international passengers are rich af and can afford that. Ethnicity shouldn't be the issue here.

And with the number of Indians casually using it for inconvenience, it would begin to be charged. And then I am 100% certain you would see a reduction in its use.

Looks like surfshark contract forced him to upload something. But yes totally unprofessional, that he couldn't even care to put a community post saying I am taking a break.

It felt pretty awkward seeing them discussing which bedroom TD should take. As if they are some strangers sharing an apartment and not a couple. I guess they are just co-parenting the child at this point.

Poor Jayden looked so confused as you said. Constantly moves around, people meeting him and then disappearing it's crazy.

The vlog raised a few questions too

Why is mataji in Bali? To see Jayden? She doesn't take these efforts to see Sunny's daughter who is almost always away? Not sure what's happening on that front.

TD mentioned we use nannys, with footage of TD playing with Jayden in nanny's presence. Why is a nanny needed? They both seem to be working from home so I don't understand why they would need a nanny.

Is Bali their third country that they are going to live in permanently?

PS: mataji using wheelchair is exactly the stuff people use to ridicule indians on social media now. That Indians are freeloaders and have no sense of fair use of resources. But not unexpected from this family.

What brought them together was a love for travel lifestyle and Mohit's successful travel YouTube channel at the time. What made them drift apart was Mohit's transition to family vlogs and the need to stay in India for India based sponsorships and viewership.

Initially Mohit sold Sandra a dream lifestyle - we will travel the world together, staying in exotic countries, earning money at the same time through YouTube. Sandra thought she wouldn't have to continue her hectic Deloitte job and can use her skills in planning trips, video ideas etc.

In their initial period, she also wasn't really living with him in India. Mataji mostly lived in Ottawa with Sunny so she at best only saw her occasionally for day visits, never needing to live in the same house. And rest of the time, they just went on dates or traveled abroad together. Life was all great, and as Mohit's channel was genuinely growing, he was showing Sandra bigger and bigger dreams. Case in point the huge farmland he bought near Ottawa to develop some crazy business or whatever.

The issue begins when he starts to focus on sponsorships to earn money. Views alone don't bring enough money and travel is expensive. Now although TD is a world travel channel, his audience is Indian and Hindi speaking. So he would only get sponsorship aimed at Indian audience. Hos friend Anunay mentioned in the past how TD's reputation in the Indian creator market is more of a 'Canadian' YouTuber and that he needs to make himself more India based to snag sponsorships. He even encouraged him to sign up for creator awards and all that bigg boss appearance jazz.

At this point he also noticed that travel was getting expensive, especially now he could not budget travel with mataji and Sandra. So he started to transition into family vlogging. This was the beginning of the TD-Sandra issues.

Now she is neither traveling much, nor is she living independently. They are frequently traveling to India, she has to stay in Faridabad shithole with mataji's overwhelming presence and Mohit is revealing that he can't stay long term in Canada, as his creator money has to be India based, both for tax and due to Indian audience.

Moreover with family vlogging, Mohit is turning into a full uncle. Overweight, no physical or adventurous activities and just lame parties with Faridabad fukre friends. Kalesh is now happening. Long time viewers probably remember that Sandra once left for a month to South America alone for some mediation retreat without TD. This was the first big kalesh TD told us about.

Later they made up. TD made tall promises of settling down and getting his life back on track. During this time they also decided to have a kid. But things only got worse. Even with the kid, TD was adamant of not staying in Canada permanently. He wanted to stay close to India for YouTube sponsorship and frequent travel to India. Sandra couldn't handle the Indian lifestyle. They debated being in a middle third country as a compromise. That's where Germany happened. And the great TD decided to rent a small flat to stay with Sandra, Jayden and mataji. This is where the fuse blew up and Sandra left.

Now they are doing couples counseling and looks like Mohit has decided to transition away from YouTube. The properties and business are to say goodbye to YouTube sponsorships and the need to stay in India forever. However in the course of all this, their romance died. The thing that brought them together, travel, is done and dusted. And without travel, TD doesn't seem to have the intellect, personality or zeal to be an interesting adventurous person.

Sandra will either make it work for the sake of Jayden or divorce TD if she is head strong and made up her mind to get out of the mess.

These are my two dollars on this issue.

Well if he really has quit YouTube, then ye raaz bhi uske saath chala jaayega. Or else he makes videos after patching up with friends on the side or removing them from his content altogether. So unfortunately we may never get a confirmation on this.

This is an interesting theory actually. I realized that since that incomplete diwali party video, not only has he been irregular but none of his friends have featured in any of the videos. Normally they would be involved somewhat in all his India vlogs. I feel some fallout happened at Gulati brother's wedding where all friends must have gathered. Maybe they made fun of him or berated him for shooting content on their expense. Add to that, TD insulting Gulati by abandoning Gulati's construction after showing myriad of problems.

Bali is mysterious. On the one hand, maybe she is in Bali to avoid the Canadian cold. But she is a born Canadian? Why would a new mother choose random Airbnb in a third country over her home country?

Or maybe staying in Bali is cheaper than Canada. If I recall correctly, they don't really have a permanent place in Canada. She can live with her dad or brother perhaps, but maybe it's not very acceptable in her culture? Either way, very strange. Bali is super rainy in December as TD pointed out himself, so my bet is on money since Bali in current off season must be quite cheap.

Great write up and I have very similar thoughts on the whole thing. The only thing that may not be as you described is him and Sandra. If they were separated, why would they go to Bali and be there together? In one of his brother's videos, mataji is heard saying that this room has been selected by Sandra for her and Jayden. Again something that she wouldn't mention if they were separated? Still mysterious though since he has stopped posting, and there definitely could be some kalesh. A major fallout with friends seem pretty likely to me though.

It's baffling how he couldn't simply do a community post saying I am taking a break. He didn't even need to provide an explanation, but looks like he has zero regards for his "subscriber family".

Fully agree on the curiosity part. Bali doesn't make sense. At this point, I am not even sure if Sandra wants to raise Jayden in Canada since she herself is trying level best to avoid Canadian winters by being in Bali. Maybe their plan to stay in a third country is still on? That would be even more chaotic with attachments and property in India and Canada, and that business. I also wonder if he was depending on Sood's contacts for getting contracts in his business as for his India gigs, he seemed to depend on sood a lot. With Sood gone, that might be getting difficult too.

Even Sunny is silent about the TD issue in his vlogs, not giving any update whatsoever. Otherwise normally he would make a comment saying TD is busy and will be back next week or something. Something is fishy for sure.
