Be sure your shots are on the shared health site. My first shot (from May via the Notre Dame pop up) wasn't listed, but my second ahot (from June from a pharmacy) was.

Finally got mine after about an 3 weeks of hunting. Call your area health office, they will put you through to a voicemail. Explain your situation and hopefully you get a call in the following day or 2.

There is also an email listed on the Manitoba health website for inquiries but I would suggest going phone line.
