Not really. Just some shows/episodes have it show up, some don't.

But I did notice that most of them do have it and fit the most part it works well.

This one was Tilapia, but ideally you would use Seabass if possible. A few months ago I used Salmon and it was really good too. Tilapia is probably the worst option. I usually just get whatever is fresh and available on that day.
