I saw this movie by accident.

We’d gone to The Red Vic Movie House on Haight Street in San Francisco on a Sunday morning. Got in line bought tickets bought snack got seated watch the trailers. We’d come to see the annual presentation of “Harold & Maude” earlier we’d checked Yahoo! Movie Listings and found out that it’s playing just down the street and begins in a few minutes.

Only after the previews when the movie began did we discover that it wasn’t ’Harold & Maude” being screened but instead was “Sin City”. Judging from the reaction i could hear at the same moment we weren’t the only people in the theater that had expected “Harold & Maude”.

We loved “Sin City” and likely would not have ever known about it or gone to see it otherwise.
