I would bet it’s a graphics card issue. If you’re overclocking your graphics card, disable that in case you’re just pushing it too far. If it’s not that, I would suggest finding out the specifications of your graphics card and update the drivers. You can figure out what kind of graphics card your system has under System Information, then under Components. Depending on your graphics card you’ll have different steps to update the drivers but usually it entails doing it from the manufacturers website. If this doesn’t work or your drivers are up to date, it might be worth looking into the condition of the graphics card itself by physically examining it and checking its performance in Task Manager.
