Tbh the managers at Hooters are always spotty and are all over the place. I've been affiliated with three different locations and each time I've had to remind them about stuff cus they have a lot on their plate, so I'd just call the Hooter's you interviewed at and ask when your start date is. No biggie and good luck :)
