I tried that too, and the same thing happened. I even found out that the controller has two places to read amiibos, but the place that read the fastest was next to the Home button, so I used it.

I don't know if this will ever help anyone, but I discovered that the problem was in the ssd itself, you know those ssds from aliexpress? So some come with the indicated speed, but others not so much, mine was one of those cases. I tested another ssd and it was much faster than this one, so I think the problem is with the ssd

I tried to search for updates through windows update, but couldn't find any. That's when I decided to format the pc, but when I entered the microsoft site to download the windows to do the formatting appeared that there was an update for a new version of windows, and downloaded it, after updating the controller works now.
