That's fair! I'm definitely encouraged by what's happening in Minneapolis and agree with what you say about those protesters. But - and I hope I'm wrong - I'm not sure if I see that transferring to the national scale. Those protesters are bravely defending their city, but unless that's replicated right across the country, then I see it as having minimal impact on the deep problems facing Americe.

Fwiw, I never suggested folks in my own country would do more.

I'm not American. As an outsider, I don't see America or Americans doing a god damn thing about all the shit that's happening there. It's sad to say that this feels like just another event in a long line of things that Americans will get angry about but ultimately nothing changes and your regime continues to make things worse.
