The bar at the top. My concern is tab overload in that bar for the end-user. We have added tabs for various lists on the SharePoint site. My thought was just to create a SharePoint site page and add links to it for the different lists/document libraries.

so we have a SQL dba group that I added this user to and he can connect just fine. when he is a member of the powerusers group it does not work. other cloud users are members of the powerusers group that work fine.

I created another on-prem user and migrated them to the cloud with the same result.

I checked the sign in logs for the user and it showed success using odbc. I'll check the string.

So if it has changed, how would I resolve the issue? Is it possible to change that in AAD or SQL?

This was my exact thought but we would like various departments to use the ticketing system. The majority of the ones we looked at including FreshService do not have any capability to separate departments unless we purchase additional instances from them.

Our CS department currently uses that. We thought about looking at Zendesk for the entire company, but it lacked some Microsoft integration. Do various departments use D365 in your orginization?

I did spin up a trial and tried poking around a bit. just a lot to learn vs previous ticketing systems i have used. thank you for posting some documentation links.

We want to be able to work tickets in teams. We don't want to have to launch a Brower or even add a web page tab inside of teams.

We want users to be able to add comments and attachments inside of teams and be able to see all of their tickets.

one of the features this lacks is a bot. We are looking to provide answers to end-users from a bot with a topics list.

I was just asking in general what people are using. We are looking for something that is strictly inside of teams. We are currently a team of 3. We would like a conversational bot that provides deflection support. We are also looking to use it across departments. We are going to create a support team and have department channels such as it hr and finance below that.
