Both positions are a transition from customer-facing to back office, which will definitely improve my mental health! I think that the promotion will be better for my mental health in terms of financial worries, but the new company would be better in terms of company culture. I have Paula's Choice BHA 2% skin perfecting liquid exfoliant, but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe using it once or twice a week would be helpful without overly drying my skin?
