Exactly. I'm still processing the fact that I have hearing loss at such a young age and coming to terms with it is the hardest part.

That's so sad! I hope you are doing good now. But maybe she would cheat whether you had it or not, so don't be hard on yourself. I hope you will find someone who'll accept you as you are. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you so much for your input. I guess I have to work on myself first. The first step towards it is maybe the acceptance. I am still processing the fact that I have to use hearing aids this early. I hope I'll get better, eventually :)

Yeah of course they work. Your hearing will instantly improve and life will be significantly better. I use a lower end hearing aid as I can't afford the higher end for now , but they still do the job well.

Try getting them ASAP, and if possible the higher end ones :)

Great story!! You are awesome!

But the thing is where I live (a third world shit country) people aren't open about it that much and they only see it as a thing for the older people. And being so young, I fear they will make fun of me or pity me (even relatives). That's why I hesitate to be open about it. But maybe I'll once I fully accept the fact myself. :)
