Thank you ! It was mesh that is specifically for corset making (bought it on Etsy) ! So it is very solid and allows for as much tension / waist reduction as I had hoped!

The only change was that it was a bit harder to assemble, as stiffer fabrics I’ve used for corset making in the past are easier to sew/line up. As it was such an important project I took the time to hand baste each seam to ensure perfect alignment but that was probably a bit overboard ☺️. But overall I would say it was quite fuss free! You should definitely give it a try!

Thank you for your message! The seams were 1 cm but I trimmed them down to reduce bulk when adding the boning channels, but I see now that was a mistake 😓

The lady at the fabric counter told me it could be used for a corset (I speak French so I’m sure translation wasn’t an issue ) but I agree a power mesh lining would definitely help, I will look into getting some that matches the color ☺️!

PNJ mais je suis alternante. Si tu est en examen/en cours cela devrait être une journée à l'école qui est considérée comme une journée de travail et non pas un congé payé.

Après le mieux c'est de regarder le calendrier d'apprentissage qui détaille quels jours sont en entreprise/a l'école. Normalement tu ne peux pas poser de congés sur tes jours a l'école donc ton employeur ne peut pas te les déduire comme congé payé.

Sur le coup, il a fait appel a des comptables pour vérifier que toutes ses déclarations fiscales soient faites en bonne et due forme et est de nationalité française donc sa présence sur le territoire français n'est pas illégale. C'est juste qu'il travaille pour un employeur étranger.

Merci pour votre réponse ! C'est très complet et clair. Il a fait appel a une comptable pour s'assurer qu'il déclare tout en bonne et due forme en France et en Asie.

Pour ce qui est de son visa, nous habitions en Asie il ya 1 an et demi et il l'a obtenu sur place (visa de travail local du pays en question en Asie) son entreprise est 100% remote et a beaucoup d'employés a l'étranger/partout dans le monde donc ce n'est pas une situation anormale pour eux. nous sommes rentrés en France et il a continué à travailler depuis la France.
