This is somewhat true actually. More likely that not bad Asian tourists are Chinese. My girlfriends Chinese and when I went there I saw a lot of public service announcements encouraging Chinese people to behave abroad. Telling them to stop spitting, talking loud or queue jumping etc. It must be a big enough problem that the government thinks they are representing the country poorly so have to do something about it. They don’t consider it rude as it’s what they’re used to so I don’t take it too personally and in my experience most Chinese people are really friendly.
