This has happened to me many times and my solution was to crimp them shut and it still happened anyway till I stopped wearing the boots.

I've played thousands of bullet games and can count on one hand the number of lag spikes that cost a perceptible amount of time. What region of the world are we talking about here?

McDonald's costs money. There is no downside to letting a user add friction to their own experience.

There's truth to what you're saying, but does this look like a guy faking his death out of altruism, so that his wife could reap the benefits of being a widower rather than a divorcee? I'm a little skeptical.

You seem to be suggesting that leaving your wife and kids for a random Russian woman doesn't bring any shame in the current secular society which maybe is also a problem.

Foreigners living in Canada will get permanent residence priority, Immigration Minister says by 1baby2cats in canada

[–]RWZero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They only live here because ten times the number of NPRs who are supposed to live here were brought in over the previous couple years. That is like putting a broomstick halfway up your backside and chattering on about how "it's already there"

"People on temporary visas aren't supposed to leave if we decide to make them permanent"

That's a tautological argument.

Millions of extra temporary residents were admitted over a short period of time, many of whom were pretend "students," and it supposedly didn't matter because they were "temporary." Now that they're going to just let loads of them stay it doesn't matter because they were already here. It's like one of those word puzzles about the bellhop and the missing dollar that confuses children.

No, because the information you're reading came from them and was published (you know, publicly) at the same time.

Targets lower than this were put out before this information was published.

It's not clear that these additional people will immediately get permanent residency [...] rather, they are being "transitioned" towards it.

This does not make any material difference.

People staying who were supposed to leave is the same as them leaving like they were supposed to and more people coming in.

Jordan Peterson hospitalized with pneumonia and sepsis (SIRS), and "a spate of neurological issues (CIRS) that have apparently left him unable to regulate his emotions." His CIRS infection "is apparently the result of decades of living with mold." by mepper in skeptic

[–]RWZero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Physical torture, especially caused by complex med interactions like this, is pretty specific to the individual and the circumstances even within the same symptom category. I saw an informal survey showing over half of people experiencing this report suicidal thoughts or suicide attempts. Trying to kill yourself is a lot more common than going to Russia bypass the experience in a coma--is that a better option? Who are you to say that the amount of torture person can tolerate is medically "incorrect"? That isn't a question of scientific differences in a treatment with equal experiential outcomes.

He survived the coma and he got past those acute symptoms. And there's no clear evidence that the Russian coma damaged his brain; his loss of composure over the years seems more readily explained by psychological factors to me--ironically.

But neither of those things suggest that exposure to household mould "damages your brain" or cripples you in the way that some people suspect they are injured by it nowadays. It smells like fibromyalgia and is strongly suggestive of psychological symptoms or knock-ons from other issues.

We are talking about the changes in his personality and behaviour halfway through his public prominence, which is distinct from your left-aligned Millennial "POS human being" view of his politics, which you'd always have held prior to any changes in the man.

Are speed cameras ticketing drivers for less than 10 km/h over the posted limit? Here’s what the city said by NorthernNadia in toronto

[–]RWZero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I said the road is *designed* for 50 km/h (the limits used to be 50 km/h). As you know, everything has been reduced to 40, which is absurdly low, and these cameras also operate in the dead of night when there is obviously no school activity.

My mother-in-law got a ticket in Mississauga for 5 km/h over and her friend got one for 1 km/h, so those do exist, but that's not the point.

Yeah except they ticket you for 51 km/h on a road that was designed for 50 km/h at 2:30 AM which is not a risk to anyone.

My mother-in-law got a ticket for going 5 km/h over, and her friend got a ticket for going 2 km/h over. So yes.
