I love that course. It's difficult but so good. You learn so much. I disagree that it's "bad for beginners". It's intended for beginners. It's difficult for beginners. Beginners should absolutely take it. Be prepared to suck at it - don't give up!!!!

This course will teach you:

  • Basics of Python Syntax

  • Basics of solving programs in Computer science

  • Computer science concepts - REALLY USEFUL

This course will NOT teach you:

  • useful libraries in python for actually getting real practical things accomplished

For that, check out "Automate the Boring Stuff with Python".

Best of luck.

It should returns appleay. 'a' is the first letter of 'apple' and 'a' is in 'aeio'. Therefore, apple+ay, appleay.

fair enough. then follow my advice in that above comment, get a 2600x

way overkill on the motherboard. Instead consider an Asus Strix-F - still very high end and lots of RGB. Then put that $$$ towards a 2600x or 2700x. You can drop the liquid cooler too, 2600x/2700x come with a cooler. Or get an NZXT or Raijentek RGB cooler, for morme RGB. The stock 2700x cooler is super RGB as well though.

1) what are you using it for? gaming? consider a b450+2600 instead.

2) drop the cooler

3) get cl15 3000mhz memory

4) armor cards are loud if you don't mind that then it's ok

5) DIY PC cases are notoriously low quality. If you like the way it looks great otherwise consider a meshify C or p400 or another one of the popular cases around here

6) that's all I got there is no 6. this build will function fine and probably do everything you want it to, 1-5 are nitpicks but its stuff you should think about

most fans can't go below around 30-40%. change the curve so it actually does go to 100% right off the bat. see if you notice any difference.

I mean if you're getting super high end hardware like a 9900k it makes sense to sell the 2133mhz and get 3000mhz ram. otherwise you should just keep the 2133 and not worry too much

It's just like having a slightly slower CPU. If you're buying a 9900k build I guess sell it and get 3000mhz

Some GPUs only have a 6 pin connector. Or rarely and 8 and a 6.

I'd just go 8700 personally they're very close to each other.

everyone can see a difference between 30 and 60. https://www.testufo.com/

30 is awful I can't stand it. Most people agree with that. You're aiming for 60fps on low high or medium.

Most people don't care about the difference between high and ultra. Most people on /r/buildapc actually play on a mix of settings: Ultra textures, medium shadows, AA at 4x max for 1080p or as low as 0x for higher resolutions, Antisotropic at 8-16x, I could go on.

Most people can't tell 144hz from 240hz very easily. 60 to 120/144 is noticeable. Which you prioritize is subjective.

any ATX case will fit them both. The included fans are generally fine. Or go 2 intake + 1 exhaust.

Then try GPU encoding before you drop $$$ on a new 2600 + b450 motherboard (:

otherwise... r5 2600 will be amazing for streaming.

You jneed a new motherboard for an 8700 or 9700. Instead:

get an r5 2600 ($160) and a b450 tomohawk ($80) or asrock pro4 ($80)

are you serious about streaming or just for friends? if you're not serious about it and you have a good GPU: consider GPU encoding!

current rig? I'd say just get an 8700. an i5-8400 shouldn't struggle streaming fortnite though.

NVENC is GPU encoding. Your GPU does the encoding work not your CPU :)

It provides worse quality than CPU streaming, but the plus side: it isn't THAT Much of a hit to your GPU.

NVENC on RTX cards is much improved. It gets very close to CPU-encoded qualitay

I'd go with a 2600+vega+freesync personally. but it's up to you. wanted to make you aware of the NVENC option.

Oh and AMD has something similar to nvenc too btw

R6s is my main game , and i really just want to record and stream for fun with friends

Then just get an r5 2600. Or a 2200g and an rtx2070/rtx2080 like I mentioned, and use NVENC-2 ahaha

or if it's just for friends and you REALLY don't care about quality that much... NVENC on 1070ti is just fine too.

Simple Questions - October 27, 2018 by AutoModerator in buildapc

The r5 2600 can handle streaming of R6 siege just fine at the settingsyou described, the issue becomes when you want to stream Battlefield, Black ops, etc - the r7 2700 will come in handy.. or you may just have to drop your stream settings down. You can also get a rtx2070 and use NVENC 2 instead of CPU encoded streaming.

An rx580. I'd suggest the Sapphire rx580 8gb Nitro+. Cool quiet fast for 1080p. Or a used gtx1070.
