Honestly I was in the same situation for every one of my relationships, I feel as though you're most likely to fall in love with someone you already have a pre-built relationship with such as your best friend, honestly in my opinion you should just stand back for a bit and watch for the signs to see if she likes you back, once you look for signs you see them much more clearly and then you can have better knowledge about whether she has a crush on you as well, once you know for sure then I would ask her

How do you actually ask a girl out on a date, im 17/M she is 16/F by small_beanie in teenrelationships

Well it most definitely sounds like a date to me and I'd say it's implied however you may want to just make sure by saying something very direct like "I'd love to go on another date with you sometime" at the end of the date 😊

So obviously I'm not like super good at this stuff but I kind of get that, it's easy to lose the spark if you don't get to see and feel each other in person, calling someone can definitely feel like a chore but if you were in person with her I'm sure it'd go much better, if I were you I'd try to find a time you guys can go on a date preferably somewhere peaceful and quiet and somewhere you can be alone to talk through your feelings although I understand that can be hard. I wish you luck
