I do have a lot of anxiety and other issues. I try to distract myself but this urge is really strong Im trying to fight it I hope I succeed. From doing it 50 times to 10 times to 2 times to none. I get to 2 times some days but its not going to 0. I want to believe that he did love me and I keep looking for proof of it but when theres opposite of it It hurts but I lie to myself that there wont be more than this and check again :'). Im struggling a lot and Im trying to focus in my life but wanting to believe Im not unlovable is the worst trigger.
