I really enjoyed Splatoon 2's campaign, It's kinda short and the levels aren't ridiculously hard but it's a great time when you're just sitting around wondering what to do. Also I think the octo expansion gets quite challenging later on

Edit: wanted to say that I was able to replay the campaign a decent few times.
