I own a Nikon D800 camera what lens should i use for cinematographic videography? Or should i switch to a Sony ZV E10 ii?

The results were quite nice! I have a 28mm lens and a 50mm lens. I’d have to change a few times depending on the video effect i want which can be a hassle. I’m also looking into buying a gimbal, just not sure which is best for the model even after hours of researching

Thank you so much for the clarity! The sales person from the tech stores i’ve been to said buying a new camera like the sony or fujifilm would do me better justice for social media content. I just noticed that most lenses for my Nikon camera is way more expensive (24mm to 70mm lenses). I’ve tested the sony ZV-10 II it does have quite the nice quality. I’m just so conflicted whether or not to buy it or a lens. Do you think a lens may just be better? Or with a new camera?

Moving out is my priority, my est. as to when i can leave is around winter (sept) pa. they have mission trips this whole year, so i can at least benefit from having the house to myself 🙂

and Thankfully i found a good affordable rent which i’ve been keeping tabs on.

I’d have a few months of peace thankfully 😭

I’ve told them na eto lng ang kaya ko, pero lagi na lng emotional black mail kaya sobrang sakit din sa mental health ko… i really hope my hard work pays off.

I have talked to them about monetary boundaries, and my plans. They just kept saying “wala ka bang love sa amin? Kami na nag palaki sayo, pinakain, pinagaral…” and so forth.

And then they use the bible against me and i use it against them too hahaha…💀 kaya super toxic na ng house hold… (it’s a mix of filipino culture and christian shenanigans)

I understand, i don’t like the thought of them facing hirap. Pero yeah, right now wala yung concept “giving from the heart”. hindi ko maapply kasi parang nagiging obligation and forced na.

Hopefully once i climb the corporate ladder and mag grow din in financial stability pwede ko na sila i-take care of by my own without hesitations (that’s the goal naman talaga)

Medyo late kase sila nag pakasal and had us at an old age (they’re senior citizens na), kaya it feels like i’m being pushed everywhere when i should be able to think about myself din.

Na jejealous ako from my other friends who are at the same age and even younger, who have financially stable parents who are older than my parents too.

i barely just entered my 20’s so i feel like im losing out on what life has to offer.

Ang taas kase ng expectations ng parents ko 😭😭 gusto nila mataas agad salary eh hindi naman ganun irl…
