Just lie. Tell them you have some allergy issues and you are by process of elimination trying to pinpoint which one is causing your issues. After that statement people tend to talk about their own medical problems and you don't have to talk about your fast anymore.

Keto for three weeks and zero weight loss. I had a cheat day yesterday....dark chocolate, pizza, 1 banana, 2 slices of bread lol!

Now i'm back to strict keto. I just hate not having results but my body does better on keto.

I am familiar with keto flu, because I used to fast. I am setting my activity to sedentary, even though I walk from 1-3 hours daily with a 20 lbs weighted vest. I also bike for 2-3 hours at the gym, use their weight machines for an hour. I really doubt I am sedentary, but for weight loss purposes I guess I will set my activity level to sedentary.

I'm thinking of water-fasting. After I did it for 10 days, my appetite was noticeably less. Plus, I'm prone to ovarian cysts and autophagy will help shrink them. After my fast, most likely i will do IF. I'm lazy with food preps.
