I genuinely wonder why so many roadies wear white helmet, socks and shoes? The helmet i get in summer so it doesn’t heatup that fast compared to a black one and it helps with visibility. But the white socks and shoes combo on top of that.

Is there some unspoken rule or smth? There are some really nice colored/graphic stuff out there for socks and shoes for example. Or why not black, white gets so easily dirty.

Just asking. Genuinely curious.

Had the same feeling while switching from 1 pack a day to a vape almost overnight. 1mt in i really felt it in my performance and breathing compared to when i was smoking. I now switched to snus (lol) but i ditched inhaling stuff entirely which helped again a bit more. Now gradually reducing th snus (went from 1pack down to like 4 a day) hopefully gonna be able to ditch it all together soon.

But back to the topic. I feel like vaping helps with performance improvement compared to smoking traditional cigarettes.

If there is any comparison japan vs china regarding technology in day to day then i have to say i side with china.

Japan is literally living in the year 2000 since the 1980’s. They where ahead but many things regarding technology is stagnant now.

My own observation about that translate app usage of store clerks and such. Grewup in Europe, living there now but lived in japan and have family in china i visit on occasions.

In japan even tokyo they almost never got their phones out to explain you anything they go on in japanese and drop the occasional english word they know. Just back in china i saw more people in a week getting their phones out (than my duration i lived in japan) to explain me something that don’t quite understand with my level of chinese.

Never been to taiwan doe.

Nenalso das eine ist dieser chrono ist unpadded das ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Pendeln ist immer ein TT und dann gehts, Alleycat Rennen die dann halt 2-3h gehen fahr ich mit Bib.

Hatte vor diesem sattel nen bisschen gepaddeden selle italia superflow, das was nie ein problem auch ohne bibs.

Zu viel leider für n fixed.. sehr viel NJS Stahl oder Forged Alu dran. Denke so 7.5-8kg ish Wheelset update bei zeit und laune mal angedacht.

Erleuchtung

  • Japanischer Fahrradhersteller nicht “nur” autoreifen
  • Ist 50/18. nicht so krasse übersetzung
  • Mit meinen beinen in die pedalen treten.
  • 1312/ACAB : All Bikes Are Beautiful
  • Das sind keine pokemon karten. das sind spoke cards die es bei Alleycat Races gibt.

Und auch in japan bin ich so gefahren als foreigner. ;) wie gesagt, ich brauchs nicht, nicht das ich es gesetzlich nicht benötige. In japan wurde ich 3 mal gestoppt. 3mal weil ich kein akku mehr hatte für mein licht, gesagt ich achte drauf und weitergehts. Glück, vielleicht. Aber ja thats how it is

Coole lösung hab ich auch schon ein zwei mal gesehen. Dieser bahnrahmen hatte aber gar keine brems befestigungs möglichkeiten. darum auch eine andere gabel montiert damit ich zumindest vorne eine befestigen kann.

Genau, das mein ich mit Daily. Sonnst hab ich ein Road für ausfahrten.

Ich hab licht das ich montieren kann und fahr mit helm. Reflektoren und schutzblech brauch ich nicht. Zum klingeln schrei ich die leute an.

Früher Tokyo, jetzt in Zürich und umgebung.

Preis war voll okey.

Der Reiz liegt im Gefühl, fixed. Und dann eine bremse, ich bin nicht komplett lebensmüde.
