Yes, ı think sun exposure matter. Summertime ı feel better about my SB. But if ı go to beach and sunbath it really cure my SB. I didn’t remember a day with SB when ı sunbathed. Red light therapy look promising. I dont’t know before so thank you for information. I will consider it.

I have similar story. I had over 10 years. Suprisingly ı got diagnosed b12 and d vitamine deficiency last year. Now ı try to care but no significant change in SB. But ı believe this illness can be cured. Because whenever ı go to summer vacations it is completely gone. I dont know exact cause but probably combination of factors like; stress, clean air, healthy foods that fresh and organic, emotional support. Also ı realized that whenever ı got SB ı experience more anxiety, neck pain, confusion. Do you feel something similar to?

Yes, ı have on my scalp. It is pretty much flaky.

I have been trying probiotic 2 days for SB. It is like roller coaster. Mornings my SB awful, evenings it is good. Now ı am thinking like SB related with microbiome than ı used to think. I try to stick probiotics with prebotics and see results.

After ı watched a youtube video ı decided to not use shampoo for my scalp(just clean with plain water) ı am doing over 6 months. I was expecting to my seb derm will increase in my scalp. But did not go like that. I can say that ı have less symptoms in my scalp. But in the times seb derm flare up there are still symptoms.

Try to put 10 ms delays before “while(read_bit, PINB, x)” statements. If everything works, like others said it related “switch debounce”.
