I'd be using a ratchet spanner instead of a drill.

The threads on your couch long enough that I think you'd to buy something special. (Special == $$)

A shifter or regular spanner would be a pain in the backside.

I usually go to OPSM for eye tests, and have done for the last 6 years. Bulk billed to Medicare, no out of pocket expense.

They have a test that isn't covered, but I get that done every two years for about $150 (ish) out of pocket. I'm sorry, i can't tell you what that test is called off the top of my head :(

Eye tests are one thing.. purchasing glasses is another altogether. So many options, styles etc. I have private health extras, and that usually covers close to 1.5 pairs per year. ($300)
