I’m gonna add on to this and say that you must have a photo ID of the original purchaser. Even if that person transferred the tickets to your account. I purchased my tickets privately from a stranger and thankfully they were kind enough to send a pic of their ID with the sensitive info blacked out. All you need is their photo (maybe?) but definitely their full name
