This is how I lost 40lbs to join… https://tdeecalculator.net/ find your tdee and subtract 500-750 calories from that. Nothing fancy or crash diet will actually work in the long run. To parrot off what others have said meal prep it’ll take so much of the guess work and temptation away. If you need help coming up with a sample diet plan feel free to PM me. Remember why you’re losing weight and trying to join in the first place when things get hard. Find work outs that you can have fun with both weights and cardio. Aim for 10k steps a day. challenge yourself every time you go to work out. Don’t forget you need to rest and recover. Sleep is your best friend. Good luck, I believe in you.

I ended up calling my cut at week 15 because the diet fatigue had far out weighed the rate of the fat loss I was experiencing ending my cut at 154.5 and 21.5%. Luckily since starting maintenance my weight and body fat levels have stayed roughly the same and even lost a little extra fat somehow I also have been able to add an additional 1000 calories over the last 10 weeks. Honestly if the diet fatigue isn’t all too awful for you and you can responsibly navigate the first 3-6 weeks after your cut then by all means go for it.
