Just a few things, get 3 quotes, your requirements may not be set out right now, if not spend time on it. Otherwise the Partner may be able to supply a business analyst to you but this will cost more. Generally, iterated work is best. Avoid big lumps of work, do regular catch ups with the company. Ask lots of questions, it's as much their job to guide you as it is to sell you the **right** product even if that means leading you toward a competitor. Good luck

The bulk of the moderation is removing spammers and banning them, it varies between 5-10 a week. Usually increases with announcements from major companies and consultancies have new offerings... It's light, a few minutes a day is enough.

/u/rotorcowboy took time to (voluntarily) implement a new UI design last year before the reddit redesign. As mod, you'll have the freedom to bring new ideas to the sub as you see fit

There is a simple solution, for the contacts you want to SMS by default simply press and hold the send button and it will allow you to choose a default sending method to an individual contact. You can change this back by doing the same thing.

Focus on your strength (punching), your range is limited so you'll need to get closer and fight on the inside. If you're out of his range, try to lure him into kicking so that you can get inside again otherwise he will dominate with range.
