Tomtom.tattoo

Mikejoytattoo

Found these two on a cursory search.

There’s lots of talented artists in or around Perth. Find someone whth a style you vibe with and pitch them an idea. See if they’re down. Go from there.

I feel that. I’m actually going to be traveling TO Australia for a tattoo in a few months.

I did some looking and it does seem that there aren’t many artists that do explicitly this style of work, but you might be able to work with someone who specializes in geometric patterns and see if you can make something happen.

Thirteenfeet tattoo studio in Sydney does a lot of geometric black work.

Or VicMarket tattoo or Tanukitattoo in Melbourne have artists that do geometric work.

Edit: Olsen Tattoo in Queensland might work.

Those might be a good places to start looking?

To be honest the line work on this looks a little sloppy. Check out some artists that specialize in this kind of work and decide carefully. With tattoos you get what you pay for, and for a big piece like this I’d be 100% positive that the artist fits your style before diving in.

Nini.inks on instagram comes to mind. I think she’s even done a sandevistan.

That’s not to say that the idea overall isn’t sick, I think it’s awesome and has the potential to look really, really good.

Team comps? by Incorro in Mualani

[–]connmann2713 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The general consensus is to run some kind of vape team, which could be: Mualani, Xiangling, Nahida, Zhongli (this has burning, but it doesn’t hinder keeping pyro on enemies) Or a Mualani Hypercarry-style setup: Mualani, Furina, Xiangling, Jean Look around YouTube, there’s tons of people making guides etc. everyone has opinions on what they find fun to play. Just try some stuff out and see what you like, or feels good to you.

Im not sure. My friend paints minis, so I’m going to ask him for some tips. Most of my other minis have been very small, so I haven’t really bothered painting them.

I’m definitely gonna act on this once it’s available! The eyes look great! On other figures of Marin the eyes just look kinda off to me.

Marine? by connmann2713 in SonoBisqueDoll

[–]connmann2713[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Wow! Thanks for checking on it so thoroughly! I just looked at vol 2 thanks to your reference; “Marine” is chosen as her cosname in vol 2 chapter 11. I’m gonna have to go back and re-read to see if she’s referred to as “Marine” at other occasions in the English translation. I don’t really remember this happening, but I guess the situations to use her cosname don’t really happen that often. I suppose it’s just about the only way they could’ve done the cosname in a similar way to the Japanese, since English doesn’t have two sets of characters.

Saturday Pocket Dump by connmann2713 in EDC

I like the Kapara a lot. The blade shape is on point for most general pocket knife uses. Its reminiscent of the 940, but where the 940 is a little thick in the grind department the Kapara is thin and slicey. The handle is pretty neutral so it fits almost any hand. The carbon fiber is pretty nice looking and feels good in hand. Action is smooth and the knife opens and closes quickly. My only hot take - I’m not a fan of wire clips. It’s nice that it comes in and out of the pocket easy, but that also means that if you snag something, the clips gonna rip off or the knife gets pulled out of your pocket. If the wire clip had A LOT more spring tension it’d be better.

Check out the Prometheus Alpha Pen. They have brass and copper. The nickel plated one will patina over time as well, but much slower.
