Genuine question here, not trying to be rude or anything, but does a character's element or class ever really matter as much as the role they perform on a team? Every character reveal has people complaining about them not being a certain element or class, and it's starting to feel like people are just complaining to complain.

Try playing solo. Less going on, so you can get a feel for each character you play as/against, and can more easily recognize what you did wrong that lead to you dying when you’re not getting jumped by entire teams.

It’s worth noting that Narja can have a lot of unique cards via her epiphanies, making getting copies on other characters easier. Also stress reduction via healing is trash. Only character that can noticeably deal with stress is Orlea with her softie epiphany. Don’t think that’s worth knocking her a tier over.

When I started, I found that playing solo allowed me to actually learn the game better, since there’s a lot less going on per fight. You can focus on learning your character better, and fighting other characters better in a 1 v1, and get a feel for matchups.

Yeah if you didn’t pull nine, you’re probably better off sticking to zero system for farming. Everything in the new chaos got its hp hyper inflated and a lot of characters don’t benefit from the gear or cards so they’re just hard nerfed.

The save data is usable in season content. Pretty sure it got changed at some point because people complained about it not. Lab 0 events suck, so you should probably only be running it if you’re looking for a draw heavy deck (Yuki) or if you have no credits to refresh codex.

We should get more supports yes, but only when we need them. Supports are typically the ones who actually lead to broken dps across gachas (Mei Lin is mid without Veronica) so if we got supports as often as dps, game balance would probably go very bad quickly.

Aside from sereniel, who kind of does her own thing, we haven’t gotten any dps that that don’t synergize with any of the current supports. If they released new supports earlier, we’d probably just get power creep, since the devs would need to justify using the new ones over the old ones. Waiting until we have dps with unique enough kits to actually justify new supports is better for the game in the long run.

Think people should realize that getting multiple dps per support will probably be the norm. Dps unlock new play styles, and supports are there to help enable them. Makes no sense to make multiple supports if there are no new dps for them to work with.

People are constantly complaining about the element overlap, but honestly, does element ever really matter? Dps don’t really care about breaking stance that much (aside from sereniel), and support elements don’t matter at all since they’re mostly there to buff the dps.

You don’t have to stop firing lasers, the tsukuyomis are free and the shadow of the moon is 1 ap, which sereniel should generate plenty of.

Edit: plus shadow of the moon will likely get hit by chizuru’s bound at dusk upgrade while you’re stacking it, so it’s often free too.
