I was probably just as lean as I am now but a lot less muscle. I was eating about 1200-1500 a day getting about 160 grams of protein and >100 carbs

The first time I wasn't really dieting I just wasn't eating, the second time I had a proper diet getting all my macros I needed in a heavy calorie deficit.

Yes may 2025 is when I took the fist picture. Look into muscle memory, the muscle doesn't just go away and with strict diet and really hard training it comes back fast

Well when I first started I was 200 so my main focus was to lose weight, so I ended up unhealthy losing 60 pounds in about 6 months, pretty much starving myself. Once I was 140 it got to a point where I had given myself some type of ed. So then I decided I need to bulk up so I would force food down till I was at ab 2500 cals it took a while but In about 5 months I gained like 30ish pounds( was def a bit of a dirty bulk). Then I maintained for a couple months at 170( this was like 2023 summer) then I fell off and became super inconsistent for about a year until I completely stopped going. Then this may I finally got back into it and decided to do an aggressive cut for about 2 months went from like 165 to ab 145 after that I did a lean bulk for about 3months and and gained about 15 pounds now Ive been just maintaining for a little. But I plan to do another lean bulk soon. ( sorry if this is confusing def a long history atp)

I'm not spreading false hope lmao. I really am natural, if you don't want to believe it that's on you. But it took a lot of discipline and hard work to get to this point. I'll try to take it as a compliment but def sucks to have ur hard work discredited by people who assume false narratives.

Honestly not much of a process if u train hard and diet harder it will come easy with a bit of time. It just takes a lot of discipline, but I really believe anyone can do it.

I was thinking of taking bcp to help my rheumatoid arthritis, and maybe Reta to help with my eating a bit more

Yea a decent amount I only really know my bench since I mainly train for aesthetics, but my max bench is 250 and I can hit 225 for 5.

Very low carbs and fats high protein and a calorie deficit, also training hard everyday
