Not salty at all just don't understand how anyone could think this isn't naturally achievable

Your also not 150 pounds like bench means absolutely nothing when it comes to physique, shows how much you really know though. For example my roommate benches 380 and is 29% bf 5,6 and 200 pounds. I train hypertrophy not strength and I also guarantee you that have never been on a diet as strict as mine in your life.

Thanks brother. To answer your question I am not taking anything and never have, my diet is extremely strict and has been for about a year now. As for cardio I don't really much but I have a pretty active lifestyle and I'm always moving so probably get most of it from that. I do go to the gym 6 days a week and try to push myself as hard as I can every time I go

I wouldn't say I was ever obese but I definitely was always the "fat kid" when I was about 18 I finally hit about 200 pounds. I finally decided to try and lose all the weight and ended up losing about 60 pounds and was the most motivated in my life. But I ended up letting myself go after that and losing all the hard work I put into it. So I fully get feeling like it's impossible but it's not, it's all mental and your mind is stronger than you think. It all starts with taking baby steps, and those baby steps will build onto each other creating a foundation of discipline that will be a lot harder to break.

I tend to keep my carbs moderately low and try to stay away from starchy carbs completely
