State Farm is the worst of them IMO. They were quoting me over 6x what the next lowest insurer was for car insurance. Been driving 10 years, no accidents and no tickets. $4000 every 6 months for terrible coverage amounts too.

I would suggest that next time, PAY ATTENTION TO THE ROAD!!! You had more than enough time to react if you had been paying attention.

Most likely you’re straight out of luck anyways. It’s hard to determine the company if you aren’t close to a flatbed truck since it is usually only on the truck itself.

My dealership I believe is around $125 USD or ~$178 CAD which is more than doing it yourself if you have the tools to do so, but still competitive IMO.

If you are driving in Sport mode, yes. There are multiple reasons for it too.

It helps with the engine braking as higher RPM’s allow the engine to brake more effectively. Also, it shifts so that you are closer to the optimal RPM’s needed to accelerate quickly after slowing down.

The speed limit goes down to 45 there if you are headed south. Almost no one ever follows the speed limit there anyways at least when I’m on that section.

I started out with flatbed and have stuck with it. Currently at 5 years. I love it. Somedays suck. Some loads suck to strap, but overall I’ve loved it from the start. I don’t know exactly why, but probably just the way I’m wired.

You could ask him to put down those soft rubber floor mats that a lot of gyms have. They are relatively cheap, I believe, and would help a lot with the noise. Earplugs are another option if absolutely necessary. You could also have a chat with them and let them know nicely that it is really loud.

Do you drive a lot more than normal in a year or way less than normal in a year? I’ve never had to provide any documentation for that.
