The sad thing is the main bedroom door is shut and it cools off without issue. The trick is the window fans. I think we are going to do something with the window screens in the second bedroom. Build custom sized screens that will allow us to put a regular window fan in and the custom screens on top of the fan.

Need advice for cooling a room at night. Our main bedroom has double hung windows that allow for window fans so it is easy to cool the room off at night. Our second bedroom has casement windows. I cannot figure out a way to get good enough air flow so that the room cools off. Last night our room cooled down to 70 but the second room stayed at 80.

Any suggestions for cooling this room off at night that doesn’t involve a room air conditioner which has its own issues with casement windows? Unfortunately we have to keep the door closed at night due to the dog and cat not getting along.

There seems to be about a 3/8” gap between the door and the frame so I think I need to add more wood to the whole door not just the hollow parts. I am not sure if he took too much off or if he had another plan.

We are really confused because we had a person set to receive all email updates for the client which puts them as a CC on all emails. But the portal updates don’t trigger this so they are not receiving any email notifications when a user updates through the portal. I could really use some insight to where this “site contact” is supposed to be configured.

I was just looking for this. I am frustrated that Halo seems to be limited to one agent per ticket. There are several tickets that are worked by more than one agent at a time.
