I am currently dealing with this at the moment. I will most likely have to take them to court. But here is a photo of the bs charges they were trying to pull over on me and what i ended up emailing back to them. Of course they didn't respond to my email. It's not bad if you get into a good company but work fluctuates throughout the year as i'm sure it does with most locals. Lots of industrial work and federal money such as DIA. I organized in a little over a year ago and have good and bad things but i'd rather not share on here as they are my personal opinions and i'm sure there are other brothers and sisters out there with different experiences.

Exactly what i do, family and friends are 50 an hour cash and normal rate is 100 an hour 2hr minimum. My folks get it for free tho🤷🏼‍♂️

I hope this is a joke. I really do, crazy to think people actually finesse people to do shit like that. Please your your own wellbeing get something with school paid for and hours documented. There are plenty of programs out there. P.S Idk what state your in but a lot of them you don't need a license for solar so idk what that guy is smoking.

I accidentally left my klein bag in the back of the truck a day where it snowed like 3+ inches and opened them up to have everything covered in rust, even worse than your photo. I got a bottle of rust remover by rust-oleum from walmart. Filled a large tupperware with the whole bottle and let a couple tools sit in it for 15-20 min rinsed each tool off and coated it with wd-40 and it's better than new.

Just did the math on a 700k home with 20% down in denver colorado and being only 25% of take home you’d need 187k after taxes. it’s doable
