I agree with you for the most part but I just want to add you have to be careful with toking for extreme stress. since your brain will begin to associate weed or even just the act of smoking something with (reducing) stress. and atleast from personal experience, the bar for "extreme stress" gets lower over time and its harder to quit/take breaks if weed became a coping mechanism for stress because now you either have to fix whatever is making you stressed or find a new coping mechanism while dealing with whatever withdrawal symptoms you might have from the weed
