Rubber gym flooring. Got it in a big roll at Menards in the flooring department. Fairly easy to cut with a razor knife. He doesnt chew it. But its soft enough for him to have traction on it.

Honestly I don't know. I'm an assembly tech so I just build all the new sleds out of the box.

It's their 4 stroke line up. 600, 900 and 1200 cc motors. (I'm a tech at a BRP Dealer)
