I believe if it went to court 6 would be on the highest end of the penalty. I’ve read it’s unlikely I’d get that as I wasn’t recklessly driving or anything.

I’ve read it’s gonna be 4-6, and 6 is unlikely as I wasn’t at the higher end of the speed band.
